In general, stays of less than 14 nights in July and August and 5 nights the rest of the year will not be accepted, except during Easter and some long weekends. However, you can send a query with your specific request and we will respond as soon as possible.

Renting the flat has a deposit of 400€, which would be charged at the entrance and would be returned within 5 working days from the date of departure, once everything has been checked that everything is in perfect condition.

For stays of less than 14 nights there is a final cleaning fee of 100€, which will be deducted from the refund of the deposit.

On the other hand, for longer stays a weekly cleaning service can be requested, which would have an additional cost, and subject to prior request and availability.

In order to make the reservation, 50% of the price must be paid. The rest of the payment must be made 2 days before the date of arrival at the flat.

The way to make the reservation and the rest of the payment would be by bank transfer following the indications that you will be given once the availability is confirmed.

Prices include bed linen and towels, internet access via WiFi, electricity, water, etc.

Does not include telephone service.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in time is from 16:00 hours, and check-out time is before 10:30 hours.

Check-in between 21:00 hours and 23:00 hours will be subject to a supplement of 25€.

Check-in from 23:00 hours onwards will incur a supplement of 40€.
