Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

It is forbidden to have parties in the house

Check-in time: After 16:00 h.
Check-out time: Before 10:30 a.m.
Check-in between 22.00 and 00.00 h. will be subject to a supplement of 20 €.
Check-in after 00.00 a.m. will incur a supplement of 40 €.

On arrival at the flat, tenants will find the flat clean, and will have their bed made up with a set of clean sheets, and a set of towels, shower towels each. In addition, one beach towel per person will be provided.

On arrival at the flat, you will receive two sets of keys, each consisting of a key to the access door to the urbanisation and to the flat and a remote control for vehicle access.

Guests will make normal and correct use of all the services and supplies in the flat (water and electricity, air conditioning, etc.) including ADSL wifi, as well as the furniture, electrical appliances and other utensils, being responsible for any breakdowns or damages that may occur as a result of the misuse of the same.

Guests must leave the flat free and in perfect condition, tidy as they found it, with clean and tidy bathrooms and kitchen, and return the keys to the owners before the date and time set.

The stay may not be extended under any circumstances without the prior express authorisation of the owners. Otherwise, in addition to the daily rate of 170 €/day, guests will have to pay an additional 50 €/day for damages without being obliged to justify them.

Guests are obliged not to cause nuisance or damage to the other occupants of the building and shall observe the State, Autonomous Community and Municipal Ordinances in force at any given time, as well as the Regulations of the Community of Owners.

Failure to comply with any of these Regulations will entail the total or partial loss of the deposit paid as a Deposit as compensation for damages and losses without being obliged to justify them.
